Insight Guides: Mexico

After I met David, this is the first book I read to learn more about his homeland. It has great in-depth information on Mexico’s history, culture, art, fauna and flora, politics, regions, and on and on. I recommend the book as a wonderful overall resource about Mexico, although not as a traditional travel guide (which may explain the lukewarm reviews on Amazon). The full-color pictures throughout bring the text to life.
